Söderberg is a Swedish artisan bakery and café business operating 6 cafes & bakery shops in the Edinburgh City Centre. We are always looking for friendly,
enthusiastic and talented individuals.
Our small team of artisan bakers bake all our sourdough loaves and Swedish buns, pastries and cakes in our Söderberg bakery located in Edinburgh's Quartermile area by the Meadows. All our bread is sourdough based and takes 48 hours from starter dough to finished loaf. We pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients and age old, traditional Swedish baking methods.
