Barista/Café Assistant -Edinburgh
The ideal candidate will
Have experience from busy cafés or restaurants, working efficiently and accurately.
Have at least 6 months experience as a barista.
Be confident in steaming milk, latte art, & adjusting grind.
Be a friendly and positive team player
Be meticulous and thorough in keeping all areas of the café clean.
Barista experience and a confident knowledge of adjusting the grind, and producing consistently smooth milk with microfoam.

Bread baker - Edinburgh
We are looking for an experienced sourdough bread baker or pastry chef to join our small team in the heart of Edinburgh's Quartermile district. If you are skilled in the art of sourdough bread or cakes and pastry and passionate about quality, then we would love to hear from you! Söderberg is an artisan Swedish bakery and coffee shop business with eight coffee shops in Edinburgh and London.
