Söderberg Bakery is a Scandinavian bakery and coffee shop, passionate about sourdough bread and traditional Swedish baking. Our coffee is roasted to our own recipe with notes of caramel and chocolate and pairs beautifully with our signature Swedish cardamom bun for a classic Swedish Fika.
Our 7 coffee shops in Edinburgh and 2 in London are open all day for coffee, buns, cake and a wide selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch options including filled sourdough baguettes, toasties and open sandwiches. Our East Dulwich and Edinburgh Pavilion coffee shops also serve our famous Swedish meatball brunch, Scandi style waffles and sourdough pizza!
We’re very excited to be bringing Söderberg to Wandsworth this Autumn! Opening 23rd October, our new coffee shop will be a welcoming neighbourhood spot - the place to enjoy freshly baked buns, sourdough and coffee in a space that blends our Scandinavian roots with the character of Wandsworth.
