Sourdough bread baker - Edinburgh

We have a rare opening for an experienced sourdough bread baker to join our small bakery team in Edinburgh. You would be responsible for the full process, from starter management, mixing & shaping and the occasional bake off. There is also the opportunity to learn more about classic Scandinavian baking. If you are experienced and passionate about sourdough and care deeply about quality, then we would love to hear from you.

We are a Scandinavian bakery and coffee-shop company with seven sites in Edinburgh and two in London. Alongside sourdough bread, we proudly produce a large range of classic and modern Scandinavian bakery goods and cafe products.

Schedule:

Day shift
8-9 hour shifts
16-24 hours per week

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
