Söderberg is a Scandinavian bakery and coffee shop, passionate about sourdough bread, Swedish cinnamon buns and traditional baking. Our coffee is roasted to our own recipe, smooth and rich with notes of caramel and chocolate, best enjoyed with one of our signature cardamom buns for a true taste of Swedish fika.
In London, you’ll find us here in Wandsworth and in East Dulwich, home to our London bakery and coffee shop. It’s here that our team of bakers handcrafts all of the sourdough, buns and pastries that make their way across the city each morning. East Dulwich is the beating heart of Söderberg in London: local, welcoming, and always filled with the smell of fresh bread from the ovens.
We’re excited to have brought Söderberg to Wandsworth. Our new coffee shop, which opened on 30th October 2025, is a welcoming neighbourhood spot - the place to enjoy freshly baked buns, sourdough and coffee in a space that blends our Scandinavian roots with the character of Wandsworth.

Our Söderberg Bakery in East Dulwich
Everything we serve in Wandsworth is made and baked each day at our East Dulwich bakery. It’s here that our team of bakers mix, shape and bake trays of warm cinnamon and cardamom buns, award-winning sourdough loaves and buttery pastries - all made by hand with patience and care.
Our East Dulwich bakery is also home to a much-loved coffee shop and restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast, brunch or a fika right beside the ovens, with the smell of fresh bread in the air. Through the large windows into the bakery, you can watch the magic happen as dough is transformed into the buns and loaves delivered to Wandsworth each morning.
